sliverlight: tagControl dynamic generate headerTemplate have problem

.Background

I want to create the TagItem by code , It is easy job.

new TagItem and set headerTeamplate and Content

you can see that I add the close button in header template

"<Image x:Name='Img_Close1'  Source='../Images/redclose.png' Width='12' Height='12' VerticalAlignment='Top'  Canvas.Left='50'  Canvas.Top='0'></Image>"

 

I use the XamlReader.Load(string) to generate the header template is good method.

 

but the problem happen just here, when I want to add event to close button, it don't support add the the event dynamic. I am grief.
