关于Unable to Obtain Table Information in Enterprise Architect - MySQL错误的解决

今天在使用EA逆向工程从ODBC导入数据库的过程中发现Unable to Obtain Table Information,尝试用ANSI/UNICODE不同的方式 创建ODBC仍然还是提示Unable to Obtain Table Information,,环境是WIN7,64位系统,ODBC驱动也是安装的X64的,后来在stackoverflow上找到了答案:

If you are using a 64-bit operating system:

• Enterprise Architect requires 32-bit ODBC drivers to connect to a repository through ODBC; to set up the ODBC configuration on 64-bit clients, run the 32-bit ODBC Data Source Administrator from C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe

• You can quickly load the correct 32-bit ODBC Data Source Administrator by selecting Tools | ODBC Data Sources in the Enterprise Architect menu bar

大概的意思就是你在使用64位系统的时候ODBC驱动仍然要安装32位的,估计EA在10以下的版本中仅支持32的ODBC驱动,安装32位MYSQL的ODBC驱动后解决
