Windows系统搭建VUE开发编译环境（备忘录）

1、安装NodeJS

https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node/
选择对应的版本

2、基本配置

（1）选择淘宝的镜像
npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org

（2）安装脚手架
npm install vue-cli -g

3、构建项目

vue init webpack 项目名称

4、全部过程
