升级android studio后eclipse的adb异常

最近将android studio 2.2.3升级到2.3后，打开android studio环境后又升级了一系列的东西，再回头使用eclipse是发现这样的问题：

按照网上方法皆不凑效，后来看了下eclipse的console提示，启动eclipse后插上手机就有这个：

到这个目录查看确实没有这个文件，我很纳闷之前一直使用都是好好的，估计是android studio升级sdk后，这个文件也没了，于是在另一台机器上找到这个文件，内容如下：

在这个对应的目录下，创建这个文件，然后重启eclipse，就可以了。
