解决 flow check 模块报错（.required module not found)

.flowconfig 内 添加

[ignore]
<PROJECT_ROOT>/libdefs.js
[libs]
./libdefs.js

 新建 libdefs.js文件，内容为：

declare module 'redux-actions' { declare var exports: any; }
declare module 'redux-thunk' { declare var exports: any; }
