解决办法：

ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '123456';

ALTER USER 'anemometer'@'%' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '123456';

mysql> flush privileges;

重启mysql服务即可。
