Conference Registration

You can register online for SAP TechEd 2010 Shanghai. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Language of SAP TechEd Shanghai

Session language of SAP TechEd Shanghai is subject to the speakers of the sessions. Simultaneous translation will be provided only from English to Chinese. Information of session language is planned to be published in September and might be changed according to the speaker management. Please stay tuned to the website.

Hotel Accommodations

SAP TechEd Shanghai will not be responsible for the accommodation of its attendees. Please plan and book your travel in advance.

Virtual SAP TechEd is an online library of over 500 live recorded SAP TechEd sessions from 2006 onward. Each recording — available with online and on-demand playback — includes a video of the presenter, the session slides and demos, and a downloadable PDF of the PowerPoint slides. Virtual SAP TechEd provides you with the flexibility to watch any missed sessions or replay of any part of a session you want to see again.

Watch for an e-mail with information on how to access Virtual SAP TechEd 2010 at the end of 2010. Then log on and continue to benefit from SAP TechEd year round!

Group Participation Rules

Rules and Regulation for Group Ticket Package

SAP TechEd 2010 Shanghai offers special discount to a group registrants, no. of which should be above ten including ten. Detailed group discount prices are listed above.

* This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

* All group registrants must be employed by the same company and possess the same e-mail address domain. One lead registrant must take responsibility to purchase the group package.

Unused Group Discount Package registrations are forfeited and ineligible for a refund. No exceptions.

If the lead registrant requests a full cancellation of the entire group discount package on or before Friday, Sept 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m., all the group registrations will be cancelled. A RMB 350 service charge will apply to each package registration. If the cancellation request is submitted after Sept 17, 2010, there will not be any refund. The cancellation request must be submitted via e-mail to sapteched@csdn.net. SAP will not accept a cancellation request over the telephone.

Hands-on Workshop Sign-up

Hands-on workshop sign-up is tentatively scheduled to open online in mid November. We will send all fully paid Full Conference registrants two advance e-mail alerts announcing the exact opening date and time. Add sapteched@csdn.net to your e-mail safe senders list to ensure that you receive these e-mail alerts. Advance seat sign-up is a must to attend hands-on sessions. Once hands-on workshop sign-up opens in November, each Full Conference registrant may sign up for one hands-on workshop, first-come, first-booked.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A RMB350 service charge applies to all registration cancellations submitted in writing and received on or before Friday, September 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. A registrant must provide the registration confirmation number and submit a written cancellation request either via e-mail to sapteched@csdn.net or via tel to +8610 51661202-282,+8610 64348411 . SAP will not accept a cancellation request over the telephone.

SAP will not issue refunds on cancellations received after Friday, September 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time.
