Use Time Phase Inquiry to review time-phased material requirements for a specific part. 

You can access this tracker from other programs, such as: 

 

Suggestions

Displays the source of the receipt or the requirement. For example: 
PO: 94/1/1 - A purchase order receipt against release 1 of line 1 of purchase order 94. 
Suggestion for Warehouse: West - The Epicor application has suggested placing an order for the part to be received to the West warehouse. 
Job: 2083 (0/30) - A job receipt or requirement for job 2083, top-level (0) assembly, material sequence 30.

时间段物料 

使用时间段物料需求报表程序来整合采购, 工单管理, 订单管理, 库存管理模块的数据。通过分析计划收货和物料需求，时间段物料需求报表计划可预测未来的库存结余。 

菜单路径: 物料管理 ?库存管理 ? 报表 ? 时间段物料需求

为库存货物的工单不在计划工作台显示。如果没有MRP模块证书, 就用时间段物料需求报告来保持顶层供应和需求。可以运行显示生产和采购物料以及库存和非库存物料。时间段报告可以进一步细化，体现将来供给和需求在指定截止日上不同步的情况。

时间段物料需求报告通过察看库存需求评估供给和需求，比如在物料层次定义的最小库存量和最大库存量。一旦运行，保表就通过工单、销售订单或者通过这两者一起来显示需求。通过使用时间段物料需求报表屏幕上的使用例外参数可以进一步细化命令。 

练习 – 时间段物料需求报表 

这个练习通过执行时间段报表来检查库存水平。该信息获得并从该报表用来在下一个练习中创建库存工单。

打开时间段物料需求报表

菜单路径: 物料管理 ? 库存管理 ? 报表 ? 时间段物料需求

1．在物料类型部分, 选择生产。 

2。在库存类型部分, 选择库存。 

3。选择仅含例外选择项。 

选择这个选项表明报表应该只包括预计在手数量低于或者超出某些数量的物料，如果该选项没有选中，

则报表包括所有物料需求，即使那些物料的在手数量已经足够。

4。单击打印预览。 

5。在树型视图, 选择物料SN1020。 

记录在系统中需求物料的编码SN1020。 时间段没产生一个工单。然而报表数据可以在快速工单输入来创建工单。

6。记下需生产数量_______________。

你可以检查最小和最大在手数量和安全库存。一般物料生产数量定义如下： 

需生产数量= 期间需求 + 最小数量 + 安全库存

7。关闭报表退出程序
