Conda 创建虚拟环境或安装包报错：

InvalidArchiveError('Error with archive /pkgs/ca-certificates-2024.3.11-h06a4308_0.conda.  You probably need to delete and re-download or re-create this file.  Message was:\n\nfailed with error: seeking backwards is not allowed')
 

原因：

Conda缓存的package不兼容。

解决方案：

conda clean -a

Will remove 216 (8.40 GB) tarball(s).
Proceed ([y]/n)? y

Will remove 1 index cache(s).
Proceed ([y]/n)? y

Will remove 131 (11.46 GB) package(s).
Proceed ([y]/n)? y
 

清空缓存后，再重新创建环境即可。
