spring boot 内置 tomact 启动创建临时文件出错

问题原因：springboot创建临时文件对应的目录没有权限或者被其它服务占用

解决办法：
winsws 配置
java
-Djava.io.tmpdir=D:/server/uploadgovdata/temp -jar “upload-data-to-government.jar” --spring.profiles.active=project-config,ls-oracle

1. 重新指定临时文件位置 java -Djava.io.tempdir=D:/server/uploadgovdata/temp upload-data-to-government…jar

2. 手动创建指定文件夹

3. 启动类中加入配置临时文件目录

MultipartConfigElement multipartConfigElement() {
MultipartConfigFactory factory = new MultipartConfigFactory();
String location = System.getProperty(“user.dir”) + “/tmp”;
File tmpFile = new File(location);
