MRP：自动发放计划单（Planned Order）

一，主要功能：

          MRP运行完毕后，对在发放时间栅栏内计划单，系统自动进行发放。发放时间栅栏外需要手动发放；

       对于制造件，系统自动调用WIP Mass Load接口程序生成工单；

       对于采购件，系统自动调用Requisition Import接口程序生成请购单（签核）或采购单;

二，主要步骤设置

A.     Define an employee in the HR module and associate to theapplication user：

The application user is used to store the PWB preferences settings which includes the WIP job status

   HR>People>Enter and Maintain

  

SA>Security>User>Define

B.     Define planner code in INV module and associate the employee

INV>Setup>Planners

C.     Defining Items for Auto-Release

INV>Items>Organization Items>Bill of Material

INV>Items>Organization Items>MPS/MRP Planning

D.     Defining Plans for Auto-Release

MRP>MRP>Names

MRP>MRP>Workbench>>menu: Tools>Preference

三，注意事项：

A.     前置时间不能压缩（the lead time is not compressed）；

B.     料件属性为标准型件，不能为模型件，可选类型，计划类型的料件，the orders are for standard items (will not release models, option classes, and planning items)

C.      料件不能为看板物料，the orders are not for Kanban items

D.    根据计划方法在相应的计划中起作用，如MRP计划料件只能在MRP计划中起作用，the orders are for DRP planned items in a DRP plan, MPS planned items in an MPS plan, or MRP planned items in an MRP plan 

E.     物料发放时间栅栏属性不能设定为：不能自动发放，或不能自动发放看板，或空，the release time fence option is defined as anything other thanDo not auto–release,Do not release (Kanban), orNull
