Linux Error: 29: Illegal seek

The listener fails to start with the following errors:
TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00507: Connection closed
Linux Error: 29: Illegal seek

情况一

Verify the user attempting to start the TNS Listener process has read permissions on the /etc/hosts file, and that this file contains the localhost entry:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

情况二

lisener的版本和数据库的本版不一致。

ORACLE_HOME/bin/relink all
