2. 解决方案

在 classpath 下新建一个logging.properties文件

handlers = org.apache.juli.FileHandler, java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler

org.apache.juli.FileHandler.directory = ../logs

java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.formatter = java.util.logging.SimpleFormatter

3. 重启 Tomcat

在Tomcat的logs目录下会生成 error-debug.年-月-日.log 文件，里面有具体原因，相应的去解决就OK了。
