[Planning] PIR - Adjustment period

Purpose:

在planned independent requirement的处理中，adjust与reorg起到很大的作用；adjust类似于consumption并不会真正地去deduct掉PIR，而reorg则会处理掉PIR；

Ajust period类似于forecast horizon。Reorg，若要完整地清除PIR hisotry，可以采取三步走的策略。

所以，可以看出，其可以：

a). 定义方向

b).定义是否只adjust那些PIR,要么for all strtegy，要么which maintained the consumption in strategy with customer requirement.例如40下的只adjust 有consumption对应的VSF(MD7x中可以查看total requirement） 。

这个Pegging，我们可以发现1S（Safety stock）的replenishment被完全cover,因为stock有4，然后加上PO有4，而这个PO是不会抵消前面的PIR的，因为有adjustment period of PIR,只考虑future的PIR；

但是注意，它并不会adjust Customer requirement.
