Purpose

Planning中，不同于APO，在ECC端，无论是MPS还是MRP，我们一般有2种scheduling type: basic scheduling, lead time scheduling.

对于in-house production来说，in-house production time分为lot-size indepednet 和dependent. in-dependent在实际中其实用的比较少，最主要原因是dependent中可以很明确地指明time segment，如我们PP-SFC中最常用的setup, processing and teardown，同时，它如果能很好地匹配Lead time中真实的operation time。

但是前提就是需要regularly地update material master data from routing.
