Sentence：

1、 Are you a confidence about yourself？

2、 Do you know well about your advantages and disvantages？

3、 What makes people feel confident？

4、 How could a person build up her/his confidece？

My opinion：

I think I’m a quite self-confident person。

I prefer plan to do some things。I always ready to do some things。

I think this is my advantage and disadvantage too。

Because，if something out of my plan，I feel tense，angry and sad。

For example，if I need to attend a business meeting，I would prepare some materials about the meeting and go to the meeting room on time。But suddenly，if somebody told me the meeting was cancelled，I would feel angry and don’t know what to do。

But I’m a easy losing self-confident person。If I plan to do some thing and do it better，I will be more and more confident，but if I do it bad，I will be become unconfident。

I think knowledge and experience and good relationship make people feel confident。

So I think encourage somebody often and friendly with somebody can help a person build up her/his confidence。
