RTF can't do Preview

1. when you want to do preview after you loading XML data.
it shows below error message:
Error No:53
Description:File not found
Please confirm that:

1)A java runtime version 1.3 or later is installed correctly;
2)The Java executable is accessible through the windows path or the jave home directory is entered int he preview table of the options dialog.


Step 1:

Checking the path of OS:
the JRE version should be greater than 1.3, if you don't install it, please download a version which is greater than 1.3 and set the path in the PATH envirioment.
Path(Windows 7):
right click the computer/ Properties / Advanced system settings/ Advanced tab/ Environment Variables/ System variables /PATH
For example:
C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin;


Step 2:
Path:
Open RTF / Add-Ins / Tools / Options /
java home, set it also, don't need to contain the \bin
for example:
C:\Program Files\Java\jre7
