Some common faults of hammer crusher

A.bearing overheating

Reasons:lack of grease or too much grease;the bearings were broken.

Solutions:filling enough grease;Bearing greases should be 50% of the volume of its space;cleaning the bearings regularly;Replace the grease; replace the bearings.

B.Discharging granularity is too large

Reasons:the hammer wear too much;sieve article fracture

Solutions:change hammer and sieve article.

C.the capacity is small

Reasons:Sieve gap is clogged ; feeding uneven

Solutions:parking the machine;clean the blockage of the sieve gap ; adjust the feeder mechanism

D.too much noisy

Reasons:Pin loosening ; elastic ring wear

Solutions:Tighten the pin nut ; replace the elastic ring

E.some noisy in the machine

Reasons:some other material into the inside of the machine;hammer or other parts were fracture.

Solutions:parking the machine;clean up the crushing chamber,check the liner and the gap between the hammer and screen,replace broken parts .

F.Machine vibration

Reasons:hammer broken,rotor imbalance.Pin bending,break;the triangular disk or disc cracks;anchor bolts loose.

Solutions:Remove the hammerhead,selected hammerhead by weight ,so that each of the total weight of the hammer shaft hammer the relative equal the hammer shaft hammer the total weight,that static balance meet the requirements;replace the hammer;replace the pin;welding repair or replacement;fastening anchor bolts.
