Ways to eliminate faults of ball mill

1, the oil pipe plug 

When oil pipeline of ball mill is blocked, mostly because pipeline is blocked by internal impurities, rust, it can be added to 20% of 40 engine oil after filtering for flushing. When cleaning the tubing, it needs to remove the pipeline. The inlet is with a blind flange sealing, and inlet pipe will be linked with flow line by the temporary piping, using circulating pump to flush again.

2, the maintenance of the motor 

Before formally put into production, the idling operation of motor is required. According to the cement machinery and equipment installation construction acceptance provisional regulations for ball mill running in technical specification, the motor need idling operation for 4 hours, and puts the ball mill with operation for a period of time.

3, abnormal sound in the running of reducer 

In the composition of ball mill, reducer is one of the important parts.  If reducer gear in the ball mill is with slight tapping, friction sound, it needs to stop for inspection, so as not to cause more trouble. In order to improve running-in of the ball mill gears, on the intermediate shaft pinion it needs to set up and the balance wheel to make even load reducer formed on both sides.
