Open Instagram and head to your profile. Tap the gear icon at the top right to get the “Options” screen.

To enable two-factor authentication, you need to have a phone number attached to your Instagram account. If you haven’t added a phone number already, tap “Edit Profile” and then tap the phone icon under “Private Information.”
