Resolve the problem of win32k.sys virus cause computer blue screen

Phenomenon :

A problen has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
If this is the first time you"ve seen this stop error sereen,restart your computer.if this screen apparsagain.follow these stops:
chech to be srue you have adequate disk space.if a driver is identifiede in the stop message,disable the
driver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates
Try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware vendor for any BLOS updates Disable BLOS memory options such as caching or shadowing
if you need to use sate mode to remove or disable components.restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced
startup options,and then select safe mode.

solution :

find win32k.sys in C:/Windows/System32/Dllcache  ,and copy it to C:/Windows/System32/,restart the computer ,the problem resolved .

I have use the way inmentioned ahead ,but this  dont resolve that  problem.
