aix sshd cannot start?

aix sshd ,use "startsrc -g ssh" ,or use "startsrc -s sshd" ,can not start it .

than ,use "/usr/sbin/sshd -D -d -p 22 " to start it ,it find cannot bind a 22 port ,

so ,I edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config ,set "ListenAddress " parameter ,give a special IP address ,

run  "/usr/sbin/sshd -D -d -p 22 " ,the sshd proccess run!!!.

the special reason I dont know ,but the sshd  have started.
