win10 pip install scrapy时，出现Failed building wheel for cryptography 报错解决方案

尝试命令： pip install scrapy --------- 报错信息：

尝试命令： pip install cryptography -------- 报错

尝试命令： 在setting中升级pip后，pip install cryptography--------依旧报错

尝试命令： easy_install -U pip -------- 升级成功

再次尝试命令： pip install cryptography -------- 安装成功

再次尝试命令： pip install scrapy --------- 安装成功，提示信息如下：

(venv) D:\python\project\pachong_pyCharm\taobao_demo>scrapy
