Failed opening WinDriver while update Scanworks from 3.8 to 3.10

These days, my engineer comes with one problem about PCI-400.

 

And i'll descript it as the title, when update ScanWorks from version 3.8 to version 3.10, it will show "failed opening WinDriver".

1: remove version 3.8

2: install the version 3.10

3: IF the driver of PCI-400 is NOT drivered, you would update the driver via the certain path in the installed path(%Assert%/Drivers)

 

And now, you would open the .exe file of ScanWorks, it'll startup normally, and select the hardware(PCI-400).
