命令

sudo apt install redshift
或者
sudo apt install redshift-gtk  
第二种方法安装之后，会有一个灯泡提示

虽然网上教程说安装redshift-gtk,但我试过之后，软件打不开

配置文件

sudo gedit ~/.config/redshift.conf

刚开始的时候，我的隐藏文件.config目录下没有redshift.conf文件，运行以上的代码就会自动创建，至于redshift.conf中设置什么内容，捜一下redshift如何配置就行了。
这里展示以下两种方案（个人更喜欢第一种）：
