打印控制

1, TCODE: SPAD, 选择MENU Utilities->Import devices 新建一个Device.
2, 然后在相同的界面选Utilities->For device type->copy device 新建一个Device type.
3, 选中新建的Device,双击进去后注意在ACCESS METHOD页面的DESTINATION HOST 选择内部网的一个打印
机IP或名称.
上面三步主要是用来建立一个远程打印机而用.

4, Tcode: SPRO, material managemant->Inventory management and physical inventory->output
determination. 在这里主要有三个地方需要设置.
5, 在OUTPUT TYPES里对类型为WE01,和WE02的分别进行设置,其中它们的Print param 都设置为
plant/storage location (这里根据不同的公司可能有不同的设置)不过一定是前面两个.
6, 在MAINTAIN CONDITIONS中CHANGE CONDITION: INVENTORY MGMT. OUTPUT TYPE 分别选为WE01和WE02.在
下一个界面两都的参数都一样, Trans./Event type = WE Print Version = 1. 进入后选择不同的打印
机.

7, 在Printer determination->printer determination by plant/storage location(因为我们面前的打
印参数选择了Plant/storage location). 进入后把对应的output device设置成对应的打印机就可以了.

8,最后一步去MIGO里进行收货操作,记得选中Individual slip 旁边的确认框. POST后即可打印两张不同格
式的报表到不同的打印机上.

 

设置所有的输出程序及layout

SD:
SPRO --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Output Control --> Output Determination --> Output Determination Using the Condition Technique --> Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents --> Maintain Output Types.

MM:
Materials Management --> Purchasing -->- Messages --> Forms for Messages --> Assign Form and Output Program for Purchase Order

FI(correspondence):
Financial Accounting --> Financial Accounting Global Settings --> Correspondence --> Define Form Names for Correspondence Print

FI(outgoing payments):
Financial Accounting --> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable --> Business Transactions --> Outgoing Payments --> Automatic Outgoing Payments --> Payment Method/Bank Selection for Payment Transaction --> Set Up Payment Program.
