Ctags自动补全快捷键版（不使用grep）

之前的插件是在需要补全时读取.tags文件，当.tags文件较大时，补全比较消耗时间，这里通过快捷键触发读取.tags文件内容，需要补全时直接从内存中查找符号，节省了时间和资源。
