Anaconda在非base环境中安装包出现Conda.core.link:_execute(699)错误解决方法。

在安装包的过程中，报

ERROR conda.core.link:_execute(699): An error occurred while installing package 'conda-forge::cudatoolkit-11.2.2-h7d7167e_12'.

解决方案：

环境路径问题，可在环境变量的系统变量Path中添加下面内容：

%SystemRoot%\system32

2清理conda缓存

conda clean -a
