[android] 关于android的文件描述符（fd）的各种操作的实现

java_io_FileDescriptor.c文件在android源码 是找不到的。也许是被封装到 库或者其他类型的文件中去了。

 但是，在android的网站上可以搜到。

实际上，他们的声明位于  libnativehelper/include/nativehelper/JNIHelp.h 。 这样其他代码就可以使用这些函数了。
