1. for https request, for perl, need do special handle.

2. $ua->ssl_opts(‘verify_hostname’ => 0); #works
   or
   (to omit the ssl verify)

and ISO8601 time format is 2016-06-30T12:12:21+08:00

if you want URI encode time when pass parameters in url,
you may use use URI::Escape; ($date = uri_escape($date); )

if you want to use perl sha256 encryption $signature = hmac_sha256_hex($data,$api_key);

exit(0);normal exit.
exit(1); exception exit.

how about how to pass the parameters to sub function in perl script ?
