复习SpringMVC

准备搭建一个SpringMVC框架，因为jstl取不到值又没有报异常，所以建了一个test类去做junit调试。

应该是没有get到bean

我这里应该用的是注解的方式配置的bean，我注解写了，那么应该看有没有配置扫描

spring-mvc里配了，但是applicationContext里没配，我取的是IOC容器里的bean，不在ioc容器里配扫描的话取不到bean
