spring配置文件中添加：

beans里：
xmlns:task="http://www.springframework.org/schema/task"
xsi:schemaLocation添加：
http://www.springframework.org/schema/task
http://www.springframework.org/schema/task/spring-task-3.1.xsd

<context:component-scan base-package="com.bbs.task" /> 
<task:annotation-driven />

tomcat启动后控制台会输出：

0 taskJob：：：Wed Oct 12 09:24:55 CST 2016
