LNK2005 caused by code generation flag

类似下面这种错误非常多

msvcprt.lib(MSVCP100.dll) : error LNK2005: "public: char __thiscall std::basic_ios<char,struct std::char_traits<char> >::fill(void)const " (?fill@?$basic_ios@DU?$char_traits@D@std@@@std@@QBEDXZ) already defined in gmock.lib(gtest-all.obj)

根本原因都是在于这句话

All modules passed to a given invocation of the linker must have been compiled with the same run-time library compiler option (/MD, /MT, /LD)

因为不经常在windows下写代码，所以老是忘了这回事, 以后一律改成MT
