金山跌破发行价，上市也并非“一劳永逸”

很多创业者喜欢用上市来定义自己的奋斗目标，上市有个最直接的“投资回报”------股份可以套现。然而，但创业者们完成上市这个艰巨的目标之后，居然发现这远不是终点，创业就像一条无法回头的道路，除非你主动认输，否则，在未来无论遇到多大的困难你也得坚持扛下去。

 

金山就是其中最典型的代表，我说典型非金山莫属，为什么？我们知道，正如雷军所说，金山前前后后五次准备上市，他在CEO位置上相当于经历了五次从希望到失望再到希望在失望的过程，这个过程无论对金山还是雷军来说都是刻骨铭心的，在IT业界也实在罕见。而业界也普遍认为，雷军将金山带领上市也就完成了其在金山的历史使命，加之雷军的卸任，有人调侃说“老黄牛雷军确实该歇歇了”。

 

有幸的是，笔者亲眼见到过雷军，那是在大学的时候，雷军来我们学校演讲，大厅挤满了人，我在后面寻了一个位置。记得当时他大概讲了金山如何痛苦的开始游戏之旅，还特别讲了丁磊和他10万美金赌注的事情。对其有两点认识，一是他是个典型的实干家；二是他其实也挺会吹嘘的。你说是两个缺点也罢，优点也成，从金山上市来看，他这两点都是必不可少的。

 

如今，金山上市，雷军卸任，同时金山的股价逐步下跌，在15日“终于”跌破了发行价，有关媒体用了“终于”二字，言下之意，跌破是迟早的事情。

 

当然，如阿里巴巴这种“新股王”也难以避免股价下滑的命运，何况金山。我的一位朋友给我调侃说，金山是一个“不伦不类”的公司，既想扛起名族软件行业的旗帜，却又不得不借力网游，故而分身乏术，目前在软件方面金山仍然乏善可陈，而在网游方面也未能拔得头筹。不过金山的上市还是得力于求伯君找到了雷军，找对了人。

 

从某种程度上说，上市后的压力会更大。似乎到今天，互联网创业者们都无法忘记几年前互联网泡沫破灭时，三大门户在美国沦为垃圾股而造成的恐慌和惊愕。在今天，虽然互联网大环境有了极大改善，但仍面临诸多不确定因素。

 

这可以给所有创业者们一个信号，上市并非是“一劳永逸”的，就算对金山这种历经磨难的公司来讲，上市也不过是新一轮创业的开始，从目前看来，老黄牛雷军似乎是歇早了。

Many entrepreneurs prefer to consider the ultimate goal as stock market. The direct return of capital for going public is they can sell their share. But when they finish this kind of difficult goal, they will find it is so far away from the ultimate goal. The entrepreneurship is just like one road you can’t get back except fail. Otherwise , in the future no matter how tough you must persist in it.

 

Kingsoft is one typical example. Why? As we know, just as Jun Lei said, Kingsoft has prepared for the stock market for five times. From hopeful to hopeless, he has experienced for five times as the CEO of Kingsoft. The process is so memorable for Lei. And it is infrequency in the industry of IT. the commentary thought that Lei has finished the historical mission in Kingsoft. Now Lei has resigned, some commentary thought it is time for Lei to have a good rest.

 

Fortunately speaking, I ever saw Lee with my own eyes. That’s when I am in university. Lee delivered one speech. The hall was full of students. I seek for one seat in the end of the hall. I remembered that he talked some about Online games. Especially he mentioned he wagered with William Ding. I have two opinions on him. First is that he is one typical man of action. Second is that he is one typical of speechmaker. Whether they are strong points or weak points, from the stock market, they are necessary.

 

Now Kingsoft went public and Lei left. The stock price has fallen. May media use “finally ” to show that it is destined for the stock price to fall.

 

Of course, the stock price of Alibaba also can’t avoid the destiny of falling. One friend teased that Kingsoft is one company you can’t make out the type. It wants to lead the development of software industry but the other hand it has to take use of online games. So it can’t be outstanding in both two parts. But Lei, may be the most suitable CEO of Kingsoft.

 

The pressure will be more fierce after it went public. Today the entrepreneurs can’t forget the wreckage of bubble of Internet. The three portals fallen in rubbish stock. It lead panic and astonishment. Today, although the environment has improved , it still face many indeterminacy complications.

 

It can send a sign for the entrepreneurs. The stock market is not the ultimate goal. For Kingsoft , the stock market is just new round of entrepreneurship. So it is too early for Lee to relax from the duty of CEO.
