今天翻阅了关于BPM的书籍，一点点心得总结如下：

 

1.bmp好处
Formalize existing process and spot needed improvements
Facilitate automated, efficient process flow
Increase productivity and decrease head count
Allow people to solve the hard problems

2.bmp适用范围
面向过程的应用（The Process-Oriented Application）

3. 标准：BPEL，BPML,BPMN，Choreography （two previous approaches to choreography: Web Services Choreography Interface (WSCI) and Web Services Conversation Language (WSCL).），WfMC，Business Process Definition Meta Model (BPDM) and Business Process Runtime Interface (BPRI) ，BPSS
其中BPEL最值得研究

4.workflow v.s. bpm
workflow倾向于自动化
bpm更倾向于集成：bmp核心是通过web service 把各个业务（独立应用）整合
5.bpm有自己的一系列模式
