windows下安装scrapy

pip install scrapt -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple

在windows 7 下安装，结果安不上，显示没有vc环境，

从网上找了下vc，费了很大的劲，终于把vc stools安装好了（谁如要，在的我资源里放的有，可用），

安装vc后还是安装不上，显示

Failed building wheel for cryptography
  Running setup.py clean for cryptography
Failed to build cryptography
Could not build wheels for cryptography which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly
 

最后解决办法：

pip install cryptography==3.3.1  -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple

想着先安上cryptography

一样错误

pip install cryptography==3.2.1  -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple

安装成功，再安scrapy也成功后，原来是版本问题
