When attempting to click on inspect in Receiving Transaction Form, the following error occurs

Error :no data found in Package EDR_PSIG_RULE Procedure psig_rule

APP-FND-01934: ORA-20001 : The synamic usage for the following attribute returned an incorrect number of rows: TRANSACTION_ORG_ID in package EDR_PSIG_RULE procedure PSIG_RULE

Cause

Incorrect Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures (ERES) setup.

Solution

(1) If Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures  functionality is not used, set Profile "EDR: E-records and  E-signatures" to 'No'. 

(2) If Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures is used, please review the setup of the following note:
