我的步骤如下：

1、到http://www.tortoisecvs.org/download.shtml  下载 TortoiseCVS-1.12.5.exe

     安装TortoiseCVS-1.12.5.exe后，重启系统。

2、打开cmd，输入以下命令登陆Privoxy代码服务器：
     cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@ijbswa.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ijbswa login

   然后按回车键，提示输入密码，不用理它，直接按回车即可,截图如下：

3.  输入以下命令下载Privoxy代码：

    cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@ijbswa.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ijbswa co -P current
