Initiate a maven project inside the svn project

1. Check out empty folder from svn server
2. Initiate a empty project with maven inside the svn repository(local version)
3. Try to commit this project up to svn server (I'v config the svn server and repository here before).
   1. use mvn scm:checkin, this command works as svn commit
4. From another PC
   1. check out the project with svn (on windows, silksvn)
   2. build and test the project with mvn test
   3. do some edit on the source code
5. commit the change with mvn scm:checkin
6. On the first PC, use mvn scm:update to synchornize with the secode PC
