Android 8.0 通过startService开启服务引起crash问题
解决方法：

   Intent intent = new Intent(this, ForegroundService.class);
   if (Build.VERSION.SDK_INT >= Build.VERSION_CODES.O) {
            startForegroundService(intent);
   } else {
            startService(intent);
   }
