python安装插件遇到的问题记录一下

关于python安装插件时候的一个问题

第一个

pycharm中安装插件失败，显示Make sure that you use the correct version of ‘pip’ installed for your Python interpreter
1：网络问题，换国内的源
进入CMD 安装

python.exe -m pip install matplotlib

如果报错

pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.
Collecting matplotlib
Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by ‘SSLError(“Can’t connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.”)’: /simple/matplotlib/

此时需要换成国内源

       阿里云 http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

        中国科技大学 https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/ 

       豆瓣(douban) http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ 

       清华大学 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/

     中国科学技术大学 http://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/

第二个

出现Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 13] Permission denied
有很多人说加–user，这个可以，但是不是一劳永逸的事情，
这种情况的出现很有可能是安装python的时候单配了用户变量，而没有配置系统变量

配置系统变量中的path，添加python的存在路径就行了。

最后就可以正常安装了
