博弈论开发工具Gambit的Python包安装

博弈论在经济、管理、计算机等各领域都有广泛的应用，最近需要博弈论的模拟与验证，主要开发工具是Python，就琢磨用Gambit。Gambit提供了多种接口，如果用命令行就够的话就不用费心用Python接口了，主要是用Python比较麻烦，用官方提供的往往一下子不成功，多方实践下来，有如下经验：

1. 用Python2.7版本，原因是Gambit最后更新比较早，编译不支持Python3.X
2. 在Linux下安装多个编译准备的包。
