C/S架构的简单文件传输系统的实现

• 确定协议
• 语言选择
• 设计函数
• 构建连接

选择使用python的原因：

    所需实现的功能比较简单，灵活性不需要太高，这样的程序用c语言编写起来太过于繁琐，用python代码量少，容易理解和修改。

实现思路:

1. Server端实现思路

**备注：此处判断的结果yes和no分别代表判断得到客户端的get和put指令

2. Client端实现思路

备注：此处判断yes为put，no为get
