微软EV签名升级过程

有些日子没有给驱动程序签名了，今天进入仪表盘，出现了如下提示:
ATTENTION: We recently made changes to signature validation on all Partner Center for Windows Hardware submissions. You must take action before you can create new submissions, or publications. https://aka.ms/cert_revalidation

它告诉我在创建新提交或者发布前要采取行动，顺着连接点击进去，里面提示：
2.If you’re re-using a certificate, move on to step 5.
让我直接进入步骤5：
5.Go to Partner Center and sign in using with administrator credentials.
进入合作者中心并且使用管理员登入。
6.Select the gear icon in the upper right, then select Developer settings, then Manage Certificates on the left pane.
选择右上角的齿轮图标，选择开发者设定，然后管理面板左侧的证书
7.Select Add a new certificate, then select Next.
选择添加新证书，然后选择下一步
8.Download Signablefile.bin and sign it with the new digital certificate for your company using SignTool with the /fd sha256 switch and appropriate SHA-2 timestamp.
下载Signablefile.bin文件并且使用你公司的新数字证书给其签名，签名方法是使用SignTool加/fd sha256开关，还要加上合适的SHA-2时间戳

进行完了上述操作后，警告还是在。
咨询了客服，说如果已经上传证书，直接无视警告即可
