Dynamics 365: 查找哪些记录使用Access Team这种方式分享给了某一个User

当使用Access Team的方式分享给用户'User Test'了一些记录，那么我们如何去查找，都有哪些记录是使用这种方式分享给了用户'User Test'？

如果是使用高级查找的方式去找，应该是这样的，我们以Account实体为例：
