About doctor degree

Some time ago I really want to become the doctor when I found I didnt learn so much as I expected as a postgraduate .And I think since  the knowlege era have come the  more knowlege peole have,the more salary the people should get.But after I met serveral doctor I change my mind and decide to learn through work.

In the first place I want to say some about the doctor.the doctor is called PHD in foreign.Why do  we call it PHD.the PHD means Doctor of Philosophy.that means the  doctor in every field should be called PHD.WHY ?

Let us look at what is philosophy. As I have known the philosophy is the subject on universe.In fact the philosophy is about all subject .Thus you can draw the conclusion the doctor should know all the subject that is every doctor shoud be a philosopher at first.Am I right ?

But nowdays the thing seem to so easy about doctor do.A doctor from management deparement in DUT I have heard was working in software company with VB.and his salary is equal to a undergraduate .

A survey was conducted in shanghai about the salary .the result is undergraduate's salary is 2500/M and postgraduate's is 5400/M and doctor's 4500/M.In addtional,some of the doctors' salary is very high.That is mean the others is very lower.So if you want to become the doctor,you must be ready for what will happen to you.execpt your abiltiy is very different .Do you think you are a superperson?Making decision before you have thought about it over.
