自旋锁


除了信号量的另一个使用的比较多的互斥方法是自旋锁。自旋锁只有两种情况:锁住和解锁。与信号量未获得信号量时进入休眠状态不同,自旋锁会不断的去检测是否能锁上。

因为自旋锁不会进入休眠状态,所以自旋锁的临界区代码不能进入休眠状态或放弃处理器(被高优先级的线程抢占或中断),因为自旋锁的临界区代码进入休眠状态,可能其他试图获得自旋锁的线程在一直检测自旋锁,而不会放弃处理器,所以自旋锁的临界区必需是原子操作。

拥有自旋锁的代码不会被别的线程抢占。自旋锁的执行时间必须很短。

使用锁(信号量或自旋锁)时必须注意不要引起死锁,引起死锁的几种情况:

1)获得锁的代码又调用了需要获取同一个锁的函数

2)两个线程都需要获得锁a和b,但是获得锁的顺序相反
