将升级文件复制到AP

因为WA4320-ACN-SI 是FIT（瘦）AP 不知道web、ftp、tftp 只能使用copy命令

打开3CDaemon FTP软件设置好文件目录、权限、用户密码

这里不需要将文件拷贝到AP内
