异常如下：

解决：

清华的仓库：：https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/

操作如下： 单击Manage Reposioties，将原本的仓库源改成清华的仓库源。

 使用命令来操作：

pip install --index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ django==3.2.8

pip list
