TeX Live + Texmaker 组合下使.tex文件支持中文的设置方法

【软件环境】
TeX Live（本文选用texlive2021-20210325）
https://www.tug.org/texlive/acquire-iso.html

Texmaker（本文选用Texmaker_5.1.2_Win_x64）
https://www.xm1math.net/texmaker/download.html

【原始设置】
latex -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex
pdflatex -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex

【修改后的设置】
"D:\texlive\2021\bin\win32\latex.exe" -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex
"D:\texlive\2021\bin\win32\xelatex.exe" -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex

【测试代码】

\usepackage[UTF8]{ctex}
